Prepare examples from your past experiences that demonstrate how you meet those requirements. Customize your answers to showcase how you can bring value to the role and the organization.Showcase Your Accomplishments: Don’t be afraid to talk about your achievements. Highlight specific projects, challenges you faced, and the positive outcomes you delivered. Use metrics or tangible results whenever possible to quantify your successes and make them more impactful.Be a STAR: Use the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method when answering behavioral or situational questions.
