It’s easy to overlook the simple but profound practice of gratitude. Yet, cultivating a thankful heart holds the key to unlocking a multitude of benefits for our mental, emotional, and even physical well-being. Start simple with a 2-minute session at the beginning or end of a day and think about how the day went by and what the three things that you are most grateful for today. The idea is to keep reminding yourself about the things in your daily life that you’re grateful for, it’s quite easy to lose sight of the simplest of things.
